Inkwell Writer's Studio is operated by Reverloom Creative Limited. We want you to be happy with your subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Inkwell Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date, for any reason. This applies to first-time purchases of any tier (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at reverloomlimited@gmail.com with your order details and we will help you request a refund from Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take several business days to appear.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, your access to Inkwell Pro continues until the end of your current billing period; you will not be billed again after that.
Renewals
Subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day window) are generally non-refundable, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis where required by consumer protection law in your country. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
